Focus on what they can do, not what they can’t

 

✅This will naturally help solve challenges and help keep the conversation positive

✅Use simple, open & non-judgmental questions to encourage conversation

✅Work on the basis that they want to remain in work or return

✅Listen and respond flexibly, say if you don’t know something but that you will find out

✅Remember, people are not always ready to talk straight away
