Conversations are powerful

Remember, work is where we spend most of our time. Managers, HR professionals, CEOs and company owners have opportunities to make a difference to people's lives as well as to their organisations.

However, not everyone feels confident having wellbeing or mental health conversations. They don't want to get these wrong, and so avoid having them, but this can make things worse.

Most of the time, all you need are some simple speaking and listening skills and some basic employment law knowledge. During this course we will also think about when it might be time to bring in extra help, such as from HR.
