How can I carry out a stress risk assessment?

ACAS and the Health & Safety Executive both state that employers must complete risk assessments for stress. Not doing so could leave your organisation at legal risk if work related stress causes, or worsens, an employee’s physical or mental health condition.

Not all businesses are used to risk assessing for stress.

  • Guidance on completing stress risk assessments
  • Free risk assessment templates

Using these as a guide means you know your risk assessments meet the minimum required standards.
