Sometimes things go wrong and we need to get advice on how to proceed.
Look at the organisation/school’s complaint policy. It might be on their website or you can request a copy. Work through the procedure.
You might need someone to advocate for you, or on your child’s behalf. Advocacy services are often fully funded. Reach out to local advocacy services for more information.
Speak to specialist advice services related to your or your child’s specific challenges e.g. diagnosis-specific services, bullying advice specialists, SEN specialists.
