When we have children it can feel like their needs outstrip our resources. Add these demands on to daily life of work, household chores, life admin and demands from other people; and we can start to feel like there is no space left for us.
Yet making time for ourselves can give us the energy and motivation to meet some of those demands a little better. Carving out some time in the day or week to have some 'you' time supports us to build resilience and meet some of those challenges.
We shouldn't feel guilty for making some time for ourselves!
