Overview
In this course you will be introduced to basic knowledge around mental health to include stress, anxiety and depression. This course will help you to identify some of the signs and symptoms and understand how having awareness of our own emotional wellbeing and that of those people around us, will support us to challenge stigma and encourage getting help.

- To understand the prevalence of poor mental health
- Recognising the impact of mental health stigma and change attitudes
- Recognise some of the signs and symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress
- Identify where and when to get help for self and others
- Consider how to manage our emotional wellbeing going forward
